Michigan requested enhancing the application search to allow MI Registry admins to search by Provider ID.

Conference Course Type/Level Restrictions

South Carolina requested we restrict the type of Courses that can be entered via the Conference Module. When creating a course outside the Conference Module, a user will not be able to create a Course of certain types.

Conferences - Prohibit conference organizers from editing conference sessions

South Carolina requested that all conference sessions would be reviewed and approved by the Registry.

Virtual Conferences

South Carolina requested to add the option to indicate that a Conference is virtual. (No physical location).

Closing out roster entry in a conference session

South Carolina requested that conference organizers be able to close out attendance entry for conference sessions so they can keep track of what rosters need to be entered and which are complete.

Enhanced Notes - Allow changing number of results displayed

Oklahoma requested improvements made to enhanced notes to allow for an option to display varying amounts of results per page.

Course Entry - Display Trainer's Status & Approved Topic Areas

South Carolina requested the trainers status and topic areas visible beside the name of the trainer. This allows staff to quickly determine certification status and areas of certification rather than having to look up each trainer who submits a course separately.

Course Entry - Allow non-authorized trainers

South Carolina requested that when a Training Sponsor Org is submitting a course, that they can indicate whether they are going to use someone who is a state-approved trainer (one of their employees) or if they are planning to use a guest trainer / they don't want to get their employee approved as a trainer.

Course Entry - Enhanced Notes

South Carolina requested a change to the Course Review & Approval process that embeds a score sheet into the system to eliminate paper driven process.

Course Entry - Communicating about Revisions Required

South Carolina requested direct emails about the course approval process to both the training sponsor organization’s contact person as well as the individual user who submitted a course (on behalf of the training sponsor organization).
