This new configuration will prevent training providers from submitting an event with an end date prior to today's date.

Gender/Ethnicity/Race Collection within General Account Creation

A new system option will be created to allow clients to require users to enter race, ethnicity, and gender in the account creation wizard.

Course Entry Revision Logging

Insight will be enhanced to record changes to course data. Course data will be recorded in a new change log when the course status changed to Submitted and Resubmitted.

Event Registration Confirmation Emails via Roster Entry

The system has been updated to send a Registration Confirmation email as well as subsequent reminder emails to anyone added to the event via the event's roster.

CSV Attendance Upload For Training Events

Michigan requested the ability for training providers to upload their attendance records in CSV format. Providers will be able to upload attendance to training event rosters.

NY ASPIRE requested the ability track DOE Teacher Certification study plans in Aspire by creating an easily accessible way for program directors and their staff to create and manage their study plans.

Limiting Access of ELRC Admin Role by Region

Pennsylvania requested the ability to assign its ELRC administrators to regions, which will limit their access to organizations, rating cases, grant cases, CQI cases, and programs needing coach assignments.

ARPA Calculation History

Pennsylvania requested the ability to view a set of variables that were used to calculate their Grant Award.

Event Reminder Emails

South Carolina requested reminder emails for training providers to complete roster entry and upload roster documentation after a training takes place.
