New York requested the design and development of new Individual Profile and Membership User Experience.

The new Profile and membership are built within a Progressive Web Application framework providing:

• All new Mobile First Design for the Individual Profile, Membership Application and all Individual data collection segments providing an intuitive UX on Mobile as well as desktop.
• Limited offline capabilities to view profile data and membership card.
• Download from the Apple and/or Android Play store.
• General profile centric notification system for use in mobile.
• General performance improvements to increase performance and reduce load times.
