Trainer Profile Requirements

There are trainer requirements that are not currently captured by the system. Wisconsin and Pennsylvania requested an enhancement to ensure trainers provide evidence of meeting these requirements if they are applying for certain trainer levels.
This enhancment impacts the following:

• A new Trainer Requirements section will be added to the Trainer Profile.
• A new Trainer Requirements tab will be added to the membership application when applying/renewing a trainer membership.

Trainer Background Screening

Featured within the above requested training requirements, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania requested the ability for trainers to upload and track background screenings.

• Background screenings can be uploaded through the trainer requirements portion of the membership application or trainer profile
• Registry staff will input an expiration date and verify the screening
• Trainers will see when a screening has expired and be required to upload a new screening with membership renewal

User Account Administrator Role

A new User Account Administrator role was created and is available consortuium wide, providing access only to account administration.

• The context menu item for this role will be "User Account Administrator" (the role name).
• The left hand navigation will contain the "User Accounts" link.
• This user role will be able to do everything that an administrator can do in User Account Administration

Career Level Update Changes

Oklahoma requested a change to the PDL and ODC Career Level Calculations so that when the individual applies again after a Level Update submission preceeded by a QNM it will be treated as a renewal instead of a new submission.

• No other changes will be made in other areas of the application that take renewals into account.

Change to How Training is Counted for Level Update

Oklahoma requested a change to how training is counted for level update when entered after their grace period.

• The system will only be counting those hours since the expiration of the grace period.

Individual Training Request Approval Enhancements

Oklahoma requested a change to the Individual Training Request Approval.
