Inclusion of Email Address in the Application Administration Search Results

To help aid registry staff in locating the correct user, the user's email address will appear in the search results.

  • Email address will appear under the name and above the city, state.
Convert Hard-Coded Text to Configurable Smartlabel on Manage Org Profile Users

The instructions below the "Add User" heading on the Manage Organization Profile Users page are currently hard-coded and have been updated to be a configurable smartlabel.

  • The text for all clients but Oklahoma will be the existing text: "Add a user to give them access to this organization profile when they sign in. Only current employees are available to add.
  • The text for Oklahoma will be: "WARNING: Linking gives the user permission to access and change information on the organization account, so it should be limited to authorized personnel only. NOTE: Linking does not affect your employee list; staff must add employment by logging into their individual accounts and adding a position on the employment tab.
