Directors Inviting Staff

Pennsylvania requested the ability to allow directors to invite their staff to become users/members of their Registry.

This feature provides the following:

• Directors can create and send invitations to their staff through their organization profile.
• Invited staff members receive a staff invitation email with acceptance link.
• If the staff member doesn’t have an account yet, the system will work the staff member through into the account creation process.
• Directors can manage, delete, and resend invitations.
• Invited staff can complete the account creation and confirm their employment with the respective organization/program.

Insight Request Application and Management

Oklahoma has created a new stipend program to recognize professional development achievement of practitioners and encourage practitioners to obtain additional professional development.

Oklahoma requested the ability track applications, determine if the applicant qualifies for the recognition, and determine if the applicant qualifies for the stipend.

The Insight Request module allows:

• Users to apply and request professional development certificates and associated stipends/financing.
• Request administrators can manage, approve, and process various requests.
• Administrators can manage payment approval and processing.
