Removal of Counts from QRIS Admin Search Field Dropdowns

To increase performance within the QRIS module, all counts have been removed from QRIS admin search dropdown fields.

Enhancements to QRIS Grants and Action Items

Minnesota requested several enhancements to the QRIS grant module and action items including:

• Ability to change an action item's assigned case.
• Triggering an alert in the event and action item type has changed and expenditure date may be lost.
• Changing the defualt sort of action items within the QIP to case.
• Update labeling of case names to include applicable fiscal year or cohort.
• Modify how Grant Admin Programs view counts "Pending Approval" organizations.
• Modify how Grant Admin Dashboard counts "Pending Verification" action items.

Update to Insight to Expand Translatable Areas

Minnesota requested updates to expand the possibility of translations to the following areas:

• Individual profile reports list
• Training calendar
• Insight identity generated emails
• Individual profile generated emails

Family Child Care Licensor and Orientation Date Validation Change

Minnesota has requested several changes to accommodate their Family Child Care licensor and corresponding orientation date validation.

Simplified Course Entry

North Dakota requested an enhancement to course entry allowing users who select specific course types the ability utilize a shortened course entry process.

Attaching Employment to School Districts

North Dakota requested the ability to enter past employment at North Dakota school districts so that it would be possible to report on the ECE workforce as it pertains to history of employment in school districts.

Trainer Requirements Feature Enabled in North Dakota

North Dakota requested the activation of the Insight Trainer Requirements functionality to ensure trainers clearly understand what information they must provide the registry in order to be approved at the level they are requesting.

Approved Sponsor Agreement Feature Enabled in North Dakota

North Dakota requested the activation of the Insight Approved Sponsor Agreement functionality with an agreeable ethics statement when creating an organization profile.

Update to Rating Expiration Auto-Email

North Dakota requested the frequency this email is sent be updated to only send out one month prior to each cohort application due date.

In addition, several text changes were requested for this same email.

Update to Bright and Early Step 1 Case Workflow

North Dakota requested a change to the workflow for Step 1 Rating Cases so that these cases to go into “Applied” status first, allowing staff to review the application and manually move the case to Selected status.

North Dakota requested an update to automatically create a Maintaining Quality CQI case once a program completes a Bright and Early rating case.

CQI Case Application Submission Email

North Dakota requested an update to automatically notify both the organization and CQI admin staff when a CQI application is submitted.

New RBPD/TA/Consulting Event Admin Role

North Dakota requested an update to allow a case management supervisor to edit RBPD events after they are submitted. A new RBPD/TA/Consulting Event Admin user role was created to allow administration of RBPD/TA/Consulting events including:

• Managing the status
• Editing data (including the roster)
• Approving events

Changes to New York QRIS Related Emails

New York requested changes to their Quality Stars New York and Start with Stars related emails including:

• Redesign format and general look and feel
• Update to several email's subject lines
• Changes to various emails CC line
• Revise business rules for one email

Assign License/Permit Numbers to Teachers

New York requested new functionality to allow organization directors the ability to assign license/permit numbers to teachers.
