Redesigned & Enhanced Public Event Search

The Insight Training Calendar has been redesigned within the new V7 framework and design standard.

The redesigned focused on creating an intuitive and focused training event search, coupling the search and results into a single display.

Enhancements to the display include:

  • A more condensed search result card with slide out event details.
  • Event details have been redesigned within the V7 framework and design standard.
  • Course Catalog, Trainer Directory, and Sponsor Directory have been relocated to separate pages.

In addition to the visual and usability enhancements, a few additional functional enhancements were applied as well.

The enhancements include:

  • The ability to sort results by different criteria.
  • A location radius search allowing users to search events within a specific radius of a zip code.
  • A training sponsor search field.
  • A simplified and intuitive event fee search.

My Saved events has been removed to be redeveloped at a later time.

File Status Support Throughout Individual Profile and Membership Application

This enhancement to file upload in the individual profile and membership application, allows the end-user to indicate:

  • If they have documentation, which requires the user to upload a file.
  • If they have documentation that will be sent at a later date. This option is configurable
  • if no documentation will be sent ever for a particular item. This option is configurable.

The system will adjust the list of required documentation displayed to the individual after they submit based on which documentation has been provided. For example, if the individual uploaded a Bachelor’s degree transcript, the system will not request that transcript again.

  • Membership status will be impacted if document management work flow has been configured for that membership type.
  • A new configurable incomplete status may be set allowing the user to upload additional documentation and resubmit their application.

Additionally, the system can be configured to allow Administrators/staff to set a status per document as to whether the document is accepted or rejected. Documents that are rejected can be assigned a configurable reason which will be visible to the individual user.

Redesigned Professional Membership & Contributions Section of the Individual Profile

An offshoot of the File Status support feature, the professional membership and contributions section of the individual profile has been redesigned.

Enhancements include:

  • The display was redesigned within in V7 framework and design standard.
  • Users can upload files at the same they add a Professional Contribution or Professional Membership.
Prioritize Applications by Date of Last Status Change and Last Name

Montana requested default membership applications displays on administrator memberships pages be displayed in ascending order by date of last status change, then ascending order by last name for applications.

In addition, membership administration pages will show the dates of the last status change in the list of applications to help the staff person understand how applications are being prioritized.

Extended Support For QSNY Branded QRIS Pages

New York QSNY requested additional support for QSNY branded pages within their QRIS module.

Enhancements include:

  • Better login/logout functionality for non-QSNY organizations coming through the QSNY public site.
  • Updated URL paths for QSNY QRIS module pages.
Search All Application Types By Email Address

Montana requested that administrators and staff be able to search memberships types by email address.
