QRIS Self-Assessment Survey (Indicators) to Validation Comparative Report

Michigan's Great Start to Quality requested a report which encompasses:

• All indicators from the Self-Assessment Survey (SAS).
• The Organization’s responses on the SAS.
• The Validator’s responses and comments.
• The total SAS score and rating and the total Validation score and rating.

Transition QIS/Coach to New Re-rated Rating Case or CQI Case

Quality Stars New York requested the ability to transfer the role of a Quality Improvement Specialist (coach) over to a new case in the situation of:

• Re-rating (rating case).
• A SwS program has been promoted (CQI case).

Stipend Module Enhancements

Oklahoma requested several enhancements to the stipend module including:

• Ability to select multiple Stipend denial reasons from a list of predefined reasons and display to the individual making the request.
• Ability to select multiple Certification denial reasons from a list of predefined reasons and display to the individual making the request.
• Several updates to stipend related emails.
• Enhancements to individuals history summary and full history view.
• Individuals will be able to see the reasons why their request application is incomplete.
• Both personal and employment information will be restricted during when a membership submission is in work flow.
• Individuals will not be able to remove/delete any stipends and/or certificates associated with a submitted request.

Provide Registry Access to Invited Scholarship Institution Representatives

Pennsylvania requested the ability to provide limited access into the registry for one or more scholarship institution members in order to track and report on scholarship funding approved through their respective institutions.

To achieve this request, the following functionality has been added:

• Enhancements to scholarship institution management to include the inviting and managing of institution members.
• An institution member page providing access to the scholarship transaction info for their respective institutions.
• Reporting capabilities.

Display Course Number on Scholarship Transaction Lists

Pennsylvania requested the ability to see course number displayed anywhere scholarship transactions are listed, including the following pages:

• Scholarship approval
• Scholarship transactions
• Payment file details
• Scholarship application details

Manage Allotment for Individual's Tuition Assistance Scholarship for Each Fiscal Year.

Pennsylvania requested the ability to manage the amount of scholarship funding alloted to each individual for each fiscal year and show how much money is left to spend on someone's tuition assistance scholarships in a given fiscal year.

The system is already showing how much money was spent for a person in the fiscal year.

Restrict Scholarship Application Access Based on Employment and Home State

Pennsylvania requested the ability to restrict access to one or more of their scholarship types based on:

• Whether or not the individual meets Pennsylvania's configured employment criteria.
• If the individual has a home address within the state of PA.

System Wide Forced Logout

New York requested the implementation of a forced log out system.

• If a user is inactive for 90 minutes they will be logged out of their system.
• This will be an Insight wide update, with each client being able to configure the inactive duration limit.

Oklahoma Futures Updates

Oklahoma requested the following updates to address their Oklahoma Futures requirements.

• Enhancements to the Public Event search to include Target Audience filter.
• Enhancements to the Public Event search to include Ages Addressed filter.
• Updates to the Approved Sponsor Directory language to focus on Oklahoma Futures.
